Two New Books...

Look what I just bought:

How delicious do these two books look?  I'm excited for them both. The first one I have been wanting for quite some time.  I don't know why I was hesitating buying it - I just know that I'm in for a treat.  As for the Athill, I bought it on a whim. I loved Florence when I went and I know that Athill was Jean Rhy's editor, so I thought this would be a fun and interesting read.  Of course, the only thing I feel badly about is adding to my TBR pile, which seems to be growing by the minute. I just can't seem to #ReadMyOwnDamnBooks lately and instead keep adding to my bookshelves - Ack!  There are just too many good books to resist lately.

What about you?  Any new book purchases to share about? Let me know if I need to add anything to my overflowing shelves?

And now, I'm off to figure out which book to read next.  Happy reading!!

No recent purchases but I have the following review copies to read:

The Barrowfields by Phillip Lewis
Men Without Women by Murakami!!
The Thirst by Jo Nesbo (a new Harry Hole book!)
Summer Dance by Nan Rossiter (summery read, seriously want to read right now)
Do Not Become Alarmed by Maile Meloy
Small Hours by Jennifer Kitses
A House Among the Trees by Julia Glass

I also requested the Crichton book, Dragon Teeth. We'll see on that one. It's a big ticket read.

Ti, I shouldn't be making any purchases since I have so many review copies and ARCS on my kindle. I just find that I'm not interested in any of those books right now. So, I ordered some new ones. I've started the Athill one and am really enjoying it. I still need to read the Murakami one - its on my kindle. I had no idea about the Crichton book, I want to get a copy. There are just so many good books out now. Although, I'm really thinking of banning myself from buying any more books and just trying to force myself read the books on my shelves or on my kindle. Fingers crossed for me :) LOL! Hope you enjoy your review books!! They all sound so good.
