Happy New Year!!

2019 is here - Hurrah! This means its time for new goals, dreams, and hopes. And let me just say I am ready.  2018 was a rough year and I am really looking forward to a new year filled with possibilities.  Cheers to 2019!!

As for my goals, here are a few:

1. Read more. I read plenty in 2018, but not as much as I had hoped. So, I plan on reading at least 2-3 books a week.

2.  Don't buy any more books. I have so many books sitting on my shelves that are begging to be read, so I have decided to not buy books this year.  Except for these:

3.  Blog more. I didn't blog nearly as much in 2018 and this year I plan to do so more consistently.

As for some personal goals...

Eat healthily - I need to focus on eating healthy foods and drinking more water.

Use my handbags. I used to have a handbag addiction, which means that I have quite a collection. I've decided to use a different handbag each month. I figured that would be a great way to get use out of all of them.

And, I want to focus on my two words for the year: patience, simplify.  I have no patience, so I need to most definitely work on that.  Simplify with regards to my belongings. I want to buy less and appreciate what I already own.

There you have it. Some of my goals for this new year.  What do you think? Not too bad, right? They seem reasonable and attainable.  What about you? Any new goals for 2019?

Hope you are having a great start to the new year.  Happy reading!!

Happy New Year to you! Good luck with your goals! I used to change my purse according to what I was wearing but quit doing that years ago.

Very reasonable goals!! Good luck, Nadia!

I love the handbag goal. I've been trying to swap out the few I have every few days to get the most use out of them. :)

I need to stop buying books. I keep saying I will, and then I cave. :)

Happy New Year! I hope this year is a much better one for you!

Simplify is a very good new year's goal. I like that one. And I'm excited to see that there's a new Laurain and also a new Murakami book coming in 2019. (At least I assume they're new?)
Anyway, Happy New Year, Nadia! I hope 2019 treats you well. :)

Happy New Year. Don't have a handbag fixations - it's a knitwear fixation in my case! There's my resolution - stop buying jumpers!

Nicola, Happy New Year to you!! LOL - knitwear can be addictive :) I love that resolution - fingers crossed it sticks :) Mine is already crumbling apart since I am wanting to purchase some Japanese literature and I actually did just buy a new handbag - yikes!
