my thoughts:

Whoa! Talk about a nail-biting suspense story that had a second-chance romance, villains, crime, and justice.  Christmas Ransom by B. J. Daniels is the third book in the popular series, A Colt Brothers Investigation and it is excellent! I LOVED the story and getting to know Davy Colt and his high school love, Carla. Plus, the drama was exciting, thrilling, and unputdownable. Overall, this was a really good book to lost in - the perfect companion with a cuppa and cozy reading spot. 

I would happily recommend Christmas Ransom to fans of the series and to anyone looking for a fun holiday read - yes, there's suspense, but the romance makes the story a bit lighter and sweet. Makes sure to check it out!

Thrilling, intriguing, and sexy - what more could I want? Sticking To Her Guns by B. J. Daniels is the second book in her Colt Brothers Investigation series and it is fantastic!

Bella and Tommy are childhood everything (BFFs and sweethearts), so suffice it to say, he is shocked to find out that she is now engaged to their arch nemesis. Say what? Yep, Bella has agreed to marry Fitz, the bratty creep who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. So, what is the story? Why is she marrying such an awful person? Will Tommy be able to stop the wedding? Will he and Bella finally have their happily ever after? So many questions, so much action! Love, love, love!

Daniels has written a fun and entertaining story that will grab you right from the start. The writing is top notch and the characters are unforgettable. Overall, Sticking To Her Guns is an unputdownable story that you will fall in deep with.
